About PicoSolve PicoSolve is a spin-off from Chalmers U , in Gothenburg, Sweden. Our staff have a very strong research track record in all-optical sampling systems, and we are now taking this a step further to develop a new useful instrument for the fiber optic communication industry and R&D labs. PicoSolve was founded in 2004. In February 2009, PicoSolve was acquired by EXFO.
